If the following statement is true of your church:

The ____(insert your churches name here)_____is hereby making request for affiliation with the fellowship and ministry of Interstate Baptist Association of the Northwest Baptist Convention for the purpose of cooperating in proclaiming the Gospel of Christ and promoting His cause around the world.

Here is what it takes to partner and affiliate with Interstate Baptist Association of the Northwest Baptist Convention

• We are in agreement with our historic Baptist principles and subscribe to the current Baptist Faith and Message as adopted by the Southern Baptist Convention.
• We have determined to support World Missions by giving financially through the Cooperative Program of Southern Baptists, and by giving financially through the Association's mission budget.
• As far as we are able, we want to participate in the programs offered by the Association and to fellowship with sister churches in serving our Lord Jesus Christ.
• We will represent our Church at the Association's regular Board meetings and its annual sessions. We will elect annually a lay person to serve along side our Pastor as Board members, according to the Association's constitution and by-laws.
• We understand the Association is an autonomous body and has the right to determine its own policies and direct its own business and may refuse to seat messengers not in fellowship or in doctrinal agreement with the Association or the Baptist Faith and Message.
• We further understand that the Association shall never exercise any authority over, or give directives to any church cooperating with it, but shall stand ready to lend any assistance or counsel to any church making request for such help.
