Designed especially for sixth graders, Everything You Need to Know to Be a Teenager contains a year's worth of Bible study geared to meet the needs and match the abilities of sixth graders—and make that problematic preteen-to-teen transition just a little bit easier.
Each of the four volumes (Vol. 9–12), consists of a Resource Box, Leader Guide, and Preteen Handbook, and provides Bible studies on Christian doctrine, Christian life choices, and Christian character. It helps teach preteens how their faith should be reflected in their actions, beliefs, and character.
The Resource Box brings it all together. Each volume features a six-segment DVD with each segment relating to a specific session and designed to prompt discussion and reinforce learning. There's also a CD-ROM containing reproducible items such as team assignments, review questions, Scripture references, and puzzles for use during the sessions. Also, six posters to provide support for the Bible study sessions. Unit study themes, games, and other activities are printed on the four-color posters. Each Resource Box comes with a copy of both the Preteen Handbook and Leader Guide. (12 sessions per volume)
